About Pixlift

We're building the AI image studio we always wanted — cinematic-grade enhancement that disappears into the work. Pixlift exists to put pro-grade upscaling, face restoration, and colour grading in every creator's hands, in a single click.

The people behind Pixlift

A small, opinionated team of designers, researchers, and engineers obsessed with image quality.

    Maya Rivera
    Co-founder & CEO

Former product lead at a creative-tools studio. Believes great software disappears into the work.

  • DO
    Daniel Okafor
    Co-founder & CTO

Computer-vision researcher turned builder. Loves turning gnarly model pipelines into one-click tools.

  • PS

    Head of Design

Designs interfaces that respect the creator's eye. Type, motion, and quiet confidence.

  • JW
    Jordan West
    Lead AI Engineer

Tunes the in-house enhancement pipeline. Equal parts researcher, optimizer, and pixel-peeper.

How we got here

Four moments that shaped the product Pixlift is today.

  1. 2022

    Pixlift is founded

Maya and Daniel sketch out an AI image studio that feels like one button instead of a control panel.

  2. 2023

    In-house enhancement engine ships

Classifier, denoiser, upscaler, and face enhancer come online as a single pipeline — no more juggling tools.

  3. 2024

    Cinematic & 4K modes launch

Creators get cinematic colour grading and 4K upscaling alongside face restoration, all credit-priced and predictable.

  4. 2025

    Pixlift opens to every creator

Public release with credits, share links, and a full creator dashboard. 10,000+ creators on board and counting.

What we believe

Three principles guide every decision we make on the product.

  • Quality first

Every mode is tuned by hand against a wide image set. If the output isn't sharper, cleaner, and more honest, it doesn't ship.

  • Privacy by design

Your photos belong to you. We don't train on your uploads, and enhanced files are yours to keep, delete, or auto-expire.

  • Speed at scale

An async pipeline behind the scenes means a 4K upscale feels as snappy as a quick touch-up — even on heavy days.
